Is MyntGift My Official Deed?
No. MyntGift is not a legal deed, title, or replacement for official property documents. It is a commemorative and verified record of the home purchase.
What Is the Digital Twin Portal?
The Digital Twin Portal is a private webpage accessed through the award’s serialized QR code only, accessible to the gift or award receiver.

How Is MyntGift Secure?
Each award is authenticated through our proprietary MyntMark™ system, creating a permanent and tamper-resistant record. The physical award and digital record remain in the owner’s custody.
Does MyntGift Require WiFi?
No. The display loops its content without requiring WiFi once configured.
Can the Award Be Transferred?
MyntGifts stay with the person awarded or gifted.
How Long Does the Digital Record Last?
Indefinitely. The MyntMark™ record is permanent and designed for long-term verification.
Are There Ongoing Fees?
No. There are no required recurring fees to maintain the award or Digital Twin Portal.
Who Typically Purchases MyntGift?
Most residential MyntGifts are purchased by brokers as closing gifts for clients. Brokerages also use MyntGift for top producer awards and office recognition.

Where Does MyntGift Ship?
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties or taxes.
What If My Award Is Damaged?
If your award arrives damaged or defective, contact support@myntgift.com within 7 days with documentation for replacement.
What happens if the recipient loses digital access?
We provide recovery support. Contact support@myntgift.com with proof of purchase for assistance.
Can I Display Multiple Properties on One Frame?
Currently, each frame is designed for one property or milestone. Future enhancements may expand display options.
